
In the 17th century, Roulette was originally a game played by the French in France. Roulette was traveling all across Europe and developed in Germany for some time until it was introduced to Monte Carlo (Monaco) where it turned into a very popular game.
Roulette Players, normally up to 8 can play versus the House (Casino), the cashier (spinner) who act on behalf of the house, controls the game. In the French and European version, of the game, the roulette wheel has 36 numbers which are represented by 36 numbers, 18 of these numbers in red and 18 of these numbers in black, with one green number for the zero, in total there is 37 numbers (dividers).
The American Roulette differs completely from the European and French roulette wheel instead of 36 slots, their wheel has 38 slots.
